CAVAFORM INTERNATIONAL can provide prototype or pilot production molding on a variety of presses ranging from our 75 ton press up to our latest 350 ton press. All presses are from Sumitomo with integrated SPC controls and robotic part removal testing. Shot size up to 25.6 oz. with mold base sizes up to 28" x 40".
Integrating mold components with hot runner systems using the Horizontal Hot Tip and Horizontal Angle Tip technology, allow customers low cycle times, minimal scrap handling, and a quality product, which will last in today's demanding production environment.
