A well-constructed and rigorous mold test will reveal how your mold will perform under expected operating conditions. Mold fill balance, venting, and water-cooling are interdependent with the cycle time and part quality. In our validation process we take all these factors into consideration, to open the largest molding window possible. We can develop a customized and fully optimized process, and transfer it to the facility of your choice provided they have the necessary basic equipment needed. We can show you the cost benefit and justification of new technology when it can be applied.

CAVAFORM INTERNATIONAL can provide pilot production molding on a variety of presses ranging from our 75 ton press up to our latest 350 ton press. All presses are Sumitomo with integrated SPC controls and robotic part removal capability. Shot size up to 25.6 oz. with mold base sizes up to 28" x 40".
