CAVAFORM INTERNATIONAL LLC has made it a point to provide its' cost effective manufacturing technology to mold makers across the industry. Technologies utilizing our proprietary swaging “Cavaform” process or our special hobbing machine to manufacture cavities in stainless steel and a variety other tool steels have been found to be a great alternative to EDM when applicable. With these rare capabilities coupled with our vast complement of CNC machines we are a complete manufacturing facility. Cavaform International can offer other matching components such as cores, stripper bushings, gate inserts, etc.
