Positions available include:

CNC Programmer/High Speed Mill Operator (Hands-On): Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Efficiently and effectively program, set-up and operate high speed CNC mills, graphite and hard milling, with minimal dimensional defects and down time. In process inspection reports are required. Candidates must make own set-ups and be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required.

CNC EDM Programmer/Operator: Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with CNC EDM sinker (Agie experience a plus). Accountability for In-Process Inspection or Work Required. Wire experience a plus. Capable of troubleshooting and correcting the machining processes at the machine. Candidates must make own set-ups and be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required.

Jig Grinder: Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Efficiently and effectively program, set-up and operate with minimal dimensional defects and down time. In process inspection reports are required. Candidates must make own set-ups and be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required..

Senior Mold Maker: Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Efficiently and effectively manage mold/tool build from design review through mold test. Candidates should also possess all around mold making skills including mills, lathes, EDM, grinding, Dedtru, and CNC programming/set-up. In process inspection reports are required. Candidates must be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required.

Entry Level Tool/Mold Maker: Ideal candidates will have trade school experience or 1-2 years experience. In process inspection reports are required. Candidates must be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required. Candidates should also be able to read and interpret blueprints, geometric tolerances and machine programs.

High Precision CNC Lathe: Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Efficiently and effectively program, set-up and operate CNC Lathe with minimal dimensional defects and down time. In process inspection reports are required. Candidates must make own set-ups and be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required.

The following positions are to be applied for in person ONLY:

Maintenance Personnel: Ensure work environment is clean, safe and compliant to OSHA standards. Perform maintenance and repair on equipment as per manufactures requirement. Capable of lifting 40lbs. and standing for extended periods of time.
