Cavaform International, LLC has a 30,000 SQ. FT. modern manufacturing plant employing more then 50 skilled specialists on 3 shifts so we can insure that we can meet or surpass all of our customers’ needs and expectations.

Design:

Cavaform International, LLC uses current industry standard software in the design of all parts, including Solidworks for Solid Designs, Cadra and AutoCAD for two-dimensional drawings. We have the technology to translate your data using Design Gateway to convert Parasolids, STEP, IGES, DXF, and DWG formats. Our N.C. machines are driven from our C.A.D. geometry using Mastercam and DP technology software. With the NC software we are able to program in two and full three axis as well as four-axis wire. Our engineering staff uses all of the latest engineering tools to provide you with full art to part services, including product or mold design, Cold Runner, Hot Runner, Semi-Hot, 3-Plate, stack, and side action molds. Detailed CAD generated drawings or databases are available. All supported by the JobBoss Manufacture Planning System to adhere to the ISO 9001-2000 standards.
