Directions

From Tampa International Airport:

Exit the Airport and look for I-275 South Tampa / St. Petersburg
Take I-275 South to 22nd Avenue North, Exit 24. Make right turn and head West.
Continue West on 22nd Avenue North past 66th Street. You will see a shopping mall on your right-hand side.
Continue past the mall to 72nd Street which is the first traffic light after the mall.
Make right turn and head north 1 1/2 blocks
Cavaform will be on the left-hand side. (2700 72nd Street North)

From Clearwater / St. Petersburg International Airport:

Exit the Airport and look for US-19. (You will need to make a left and head south)
Take US-19 South to 22nd Avenue North. Make right turn and head West.
Continue West on 22nd Avenue North past 66th Street. You will see a shopping mall on your right-hand side.
Continue past the mall to 72nd Street which is the first traffic light after the mall.
Make right turn and head north 1 1/2 blocks
Cavaform will be on the left-hand side. (2700 72nd Street North)
