CAVAFORM INTERNATIONAL LLC has made it a point to provide its' cost effective manufacturing technology to mold makers across the industry. Technologies utilizing our proprietary swaging or special hobbing process for cavities in stainless steel or other tool steels, have been found to be a great alternative to EDM manufacturing. With our complete manufacturing capabilities, Cavaform International can offer other matching components such as cores, stripper bushings, gate inserts, etc.

CAVAFORM INTERNATIONAL LLC also offers high cavity, fast cycle molds using the latest Hot Runner Technology. In order to ensure the highest level of performance of our molds, we debug and test all of our molds using modern presses outfitted with options such as process control reporting and robotic automation.
