Positions available include:
CNC Programmer/High Speed Mill Operator (Hands-On):
- Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Efficiently and effectively program, set-up and operate high speed CNC mills, graphite and hard milling, with minimal dimensional defects and down time. In process inspection reports are required. Candidates must make own set-ups and be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required.
- Ideal candidate will be proficient in Mastercam.
- Efficiently and effectively program, set-up and operate CNC lathes with minimal dimensional defects and down time.(Okuma experience a plus)
- Hard turning experience to close tolerance
- In process inspection reports are required and must comply with all ISO 9001-2000 standards set for Cavaform International.
- Candidates must make own set-ups and be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required.
- Ability to create and achieve department goals and objectives while working toward the achievement of the corporation’s goals.
- Class “A” mold making capabilities with expertise in OD, ID, Centerless (Dedtru, Trutech), Surface and Form grinding.
- Efficiently and effectively set-up and operate of grinding machines to achieve on time completion and minimize down time.
- In process inspection reports are required and must comply with all ISO 9001-2000 standards set for Cavaform International.
- Candidates must make own set-ups and be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required.
- Ability to create and achieve department goals and objectives while working toward the achievement of the corporation’s goals.
- Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with CNC EDM sinker (Agie experience a plus). Accountability for In-Process Inspection or Work Required. Wire experience a plus. Capable of troubleshooting and correcting the machining processes at the machine. Candidates must make own set-ups and be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required.
- Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Efficiently and effectively program, set-up and operate with minimal dimensional defects and down time. In process inspection reports are required. Candidates must make own set-ups and be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required.
- 6 sigma Black Belt or ISO Accredited
- experienced in complete mold qualification from steel certification through molding F.A.T.
- medical mold qualification experience required.
- CMM experience required (OGP a plus)
- detail oriented enthusiastic individual which executes customer expectations
- Detail oriented individual to lead mold builds for high cavitation unscrewing and slide molds.
- Experienced with all major hot runner systems
- Horizontal hot runner systems a plus
- Capable of managing documented data relative to mold stack up to ensure successful mold test
- Class "A" mold maker capable of maintaining stringent tolerances required to meet Cpks
- Clear communications with Engineering , Molding , Production, and management staff, as well as any customer representatives
- Ideal candidates will have trade school experience or 1-2 years experience. In process inspection reports are required. Candidates must be capable of shifting tasks easily, as required. Candidates should also be able to read and interpret blueprints, geometric tolerances and machine programs.
- Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintenance Personnel: Ensure work environment is clean, safe and compliant to OSHA standards. Perform maintenance and repair on equipment as per manufactures requirement. Capable of lifting 40lbs. and standing for extended periods of time.
